As a guide, allow 10–12 sq ft per guest for a seated dinner, or 7–9 sq ft for a standing reception. A 100-guest wedding dinner typically needs a 40×60ft structure. We handle all the calculations for you, just tell us your guest count, layout preference, and we'll recommend the perfect size.

Absolutely. All our structures can be fully insulated and fitted with industrial-grade heating systems. We have delivered events in January temperatures with guests in shirtsleeves inside. Winter Marquees with full lining and lighting can be some of the most atmospheric events we create.

For summer weddings and peak-season events (May–September), we recommend booking at least 9–12 months in advance. For corporate events and off-peak occasions, 3–6 months is usually sufficient. Some popular weekends book up over a year ahead, the earlier you enquire, the more options we can offer.

A clearspan Marquee uses an aluminium frame without any internal poles, giving you completely unobstructed floor space. This means maximum flexibility for layout, staging, and dancing. They're stronger than traditional pole Marquees, better suited to hard standing, and can span very large widths. Ideal for corporate events, large weddings, and festivals.

Marquees can be installed on grass, concrete, tarmac, decking, and most hard-standing surfaces. We conduct a site survey before every installation to assess ground conditions, access routes, and any planning requirements. Uneven ground and sloped sites can usually be accommodated with appropriate flooring solutions.
