We start with your brief, event type, date, location, capacity, and budget envelope. A 30-minute call gives us everything we need to begin.

Site Survey
Our survey team visits within 48 hours. Terrain, access, services, and spatial constraints are mapped and documented.

CAD Design
Full 3D CAD plans produced, floor layouts, elevation drawings, technical specs. You see every detail before a single peg is driven.

Production Plan
A full production schedule is issued: build timeline, supplier access windows, power schedule, AV integration plan, and H&S documentation.

Build Phase
Our experienced rigging crew execute the build. Flooring, power, climate, structure, and scenic elements installed in sequence.

Event Day
Your dedicated project manager is on-site throughout. Every supplier co-ordinated. Every detail managed. You focus on your business objectives.

Strike & Clear
Post-event strike is executed to the agreed schedule. Site is fully restored. Completion report issued within 24 hours.
