Every education Marquee project includes a full 3D CAD layout before a single peg is driven. You see the exact footprint on your campus map, the interior configuration, desk spacing for exams, seating rows for ceremonies, and circulation routes.
Nothing goes to build without your sign-off. Governors, site managers, and safeguarding leads can review the plan and request amendments before installation begins.

The School Day

Campus Consultation
We meet your site manager, business manager, or bursar, whoever owns the space decision, and understand exactly what's needed, when it's needed, and what constraints the campus presents.

Safeguarding Survey
Our DBS-cleared surveyor walks the proposed site with your safeguarding lead, identifying access routes, proximity to teaching areas, emergency exits, and required exclusion zones during build.

CAD Design
Full 3D layout produced showing structure footprint, interior configuration, circulation routes, and connection to existing campus infrastructure. Shared with governors and site team for sign-off.

Term-Aware Build
Installation scheduled for holidays, weekends, or agreed out-of-hours periods. Build team operates under campus safeguarding protocol throughout. Site restored daily if adjacent to teaching areas.
05
Interior Fit-Out
Flooring, heating, lighting, power distribution, furniture, and any specialist fit-out (desk configuration, staging, acoustic lining) completed and signed off before handover.

Handover & Support
Your dedicated contact remains available throughout the hire period. Post-event derig is planned to the same standard, campus restored, access reinstated, no lasting impact on the site.
